SSCS Peer Support
Youth Peer Support is available during walk-in time and by referral from other Foundry based case management services. Youth Peer Support workers bring their lived and living experience to their role, they “get-it” and provide support from the perspective of someone who has “been there”. Youth Peer Support workers support Foundry based programs as well as provide outreach into the community and schools. SSCS Youth Outreach Youth Outreach Workers support youth to move seamlessly between Foundry Sea to Sky programs and services and to other community resources. Acting as a systems navigator, Youth Outreach workers connect with youth through the Centre and can provide case management to support youth’s individual needs.
